Are Metro Detroit Real Estate Markets Starting to Improve?

Here is a clip that was recently on wxyz (channel 7) in Detroit.

It talks about how some real estate markets in Michigan, specifically Oakland County and Macomb County, are staring to show improvements.

The video states that the number of homes sold in Macomb County have increased by 6.4% and the number home sold in Oakland County has increase by 25%.

They also talk about the home buyer tax credit, although they state that you have to close by April 30th, you only need to be in contract by that date.
